Since it doesn't seem possible to tour or even talk with anyone, I suggest touring the other options in the area.
The best thing for me is never have to get on 501 to fight traffic!
Great place to work out the owners.
Signing up online and getting the app to scan in can be a little different than most places but the experience was streamlined and easy and the place is amazing if you want a serious gym built for Olympic lifts and compound movements!
Plenty of free weights and stations, awesome staff!!

Tons of equipment, always clean, great environment.
They care about what makes the member happy and try to accommodate them as much as possible.
Parking lot is too small and hard to get in and out of which is why I took away a star.
