This place is a second home and the staple to any day feeling worthwhile. The staff is always friendly and the facility is top notch and well kept. The showers are luxurious and large enough to be yoga pose friendly. There's also little to no meathead population even though the dumbbells do go high enough to accommodate the polite ones if needed. The Cross Fitters are humble Greek Deity in the flesh and the classes emit a motivational environment that helps everyone within earshot. Come join us, you'll be glad you did! !!
