My experience with both trainers have been great, They each have their style, but both have a purpose which is to make sure we are safe while doing the workouts by ensuring we are doing the workouts correctly.
I have such a love/hate relationship with working out, but the coaches are super supportive and committed to your process.

So nice and comfortable to freely workout, coaches give you motivation and pushes you to try your hardest which is what i needed when i first started!!
