I have been practicing at this studio for years, love the concept, and the benefits I have received from practicing hot yoga, all my illnesses have disappeared.
Teachers offer a variety of personality and skills in their classes.
It is a pleasure to practice with instructors who care about the practice, as well as with a close-knit community.
If you haven’t tried Bikram Yoga you must give it a week of your time to experience why I am hooked on the feeling and results 90 minutes of Bikram yoga gives you!
I’ve taken Carol’s class 100+ times and I leave feeling better every time!!
The place is excellent, so far the best yoga studio that I’ve been, the bathroom and the entire building are clean, the music was beautiful, the humidity of the room, the parking, and of course the instructor (Ping) so kind and calm, 10/10, I’m happy to go back every Sunday to end my week the best way!
I have only personal been here once (and had a lovely experience) but my mom goes weekly and absolutely loves it!
The yoga room is very well engineered, the instruction is classic Bikram, and the staff is friendly and welcoming.
