These classes offer different challenges but will help ease you into this practice. If you taken a few yoga classes then you might also like the Flow classes which involve more movement and strength. Some people prefer to try different styles of classes and instructors to get an idea of what suits them. You will see class style descriptions on our website.

Gin takes us on a journey, as she continuously evolves her practice, to both strengthen and stretch our bodies often through subtle and micro movements.
The teachings are excellent and the experience is always enjoyable and satisfying.
While they each have their own unique and effective way of teaching (from very gentle to more intense classes), they all share a similar approach in making their classes accessible, enjoyable, and welcoming to all.

However, I just realized some time later that this session 'fixed' a painful hip muscle issue that I had for some time.
The instructors are helpful and make the classes flow smoothly.
