I'm attending their adult kickboxing classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Not only it's a great workout, but a great stress reliever, too. It's fast-paced, but Master Rhee's instructions are clear that even a beginner like me is able to follow. I really like that they offer evening classes for adults! Highly recommend!

The class is very powerful and happy.
What impressed me most was that all of the instructors were very professional and friendly with children, and most of all, they taught Taekwondo in a fun and easy way for children to become interested in it.
Friendly environment and I like that they help you learn self-discipline as well.
