Jacob is one of the most talented dancers and instructors I know. His passion and patience is unmatched. His energy lights up the whole room, he is inspiring to watch and be around, and most importantly he makes all his students feel comfortable. If I could dance with him every day, I would. He teaches to truly make you a better dancer and gives you techniques that are applicable to any dance.
I would recommend him to anyone regardless of skill level I promise that you will learn something from him that will help you moving forward in your dance journeys!
Jacob was able to critique some lifts and footing, in order to help me improve my overall skill level.
He takes the time to see where your dance is at and where you're coming from (dance background and such) then he builds the lesson(s) to address your specific needs as opposed to having a general mold he tries to push dancers into.
He knows how to critique both leads and follows which is very helpful.
I thought I already know sugar push but after the lesson, he taught me a lot more new things in just a simple sugar push.
He is professional and upbeat and has helped me polish my dance style!
Jacob made us feel very comfortable and was able to even get my husband to enjoy learning new dance moves.
He can teach from the newest beginner level of dancer to the highest level of competitive dancing and he is such a nice guy about it.
Jacob is not only a talented and creative dancer himself, but he is an excellent teacher, making sure that not only are you rooted in your fundamentals, but also helping you add to your repertoire of fun dance skills!
