Classes are offered in person at our Auburndale facility, shown online through our Patreon channel and held on a seminar basis through our mobile training center.

The BJJ instruction is excellent - the instructors do a great job of breaking things down into principles and explaining why we should do things a given way and the trade-offs involved.
