I swam through college and experienced some burnout, and while I was hesitant to jump back in again, the caring, non judgmental community made it easy and I’ve fallen back in love with swimming, specifically open water events, which Red Tide loves to participate in.
For adults age 18 and over, great practices that help you get fit, perfect all four strokes and swim faster.
The swimmers also friendly, and the pools as good as you get in New York City.
