We've beenteaching yoga since 2003 and teacher training since2009. We take pride in the wide and varied offerings we bring to the community. Our teacher training program runs twice a year. It is RYT certified with theYoga Alliance. Our entire staff is RYT certified with areas of expertise ranging from Ashtanga to flow yoga styles including restorative, Gentle and Yin.

She was slow enough, nice, and I liked her story about the different kinds of yoga (fast vs slow) and how her two teachers had different versions and how the slower version was just as difficult.
It's funny when something is taking away from you, you truly realize what it meant to you when you had it.

The instructors do a good job of leading and teaching the class (demonstrate the poses and walk around helping people as needed).
