I took the Pre License Real Estate course with Gus at the Garfield Ridge location and had a great experience.
The only suggestion I have for the institution is to review some of the course materials.

The quizzes and test materials really helped me prepare for the Illinois Broker exam and now I’m a Broker.
Cathie Shields made the learning experience more intresting with her own experiences and stories that matched the topics we talked about.
She also suggested that I take the state board exam 5 days after the completion of class and I passed!
