Great barre class!!
Great spot, great trainers!
” I grew to love the environment really fast as everyone was so welcoming, and I found that I loved the partnered training because it pushed me a little more and helped me physically.
I especially love the Barre class as it incorporates balance work along with targeted muscle group work and I have definitely noticed improvements in my muscle tone over time.
We're often too occupied having a fun time to focus too much on the pain and suffering of exercise :p I highly recommend Raw to anyone who is looking for help and/or motivation in working out!!
Working out through their program has been the only thing that has helped me stay consistent with exercise.
