I have been going here for over 3 years and the experience has always been great.
Dropped in from out of town, this is a great gym - Beautiful location, plenty of parking - Mats were spotless, whole facility looks great - Coach welcomed me like a regular and all the guys training there treated me like one of their own - If I lived out here this would be my home gym 100% - Thank you!
The coaches are up to date on the latest grappling trends, yet also manage to complement their teachings with old school fundamentals.
There are training partners of all levels and they are always happy to help me learn something new!
I've trained bjj for around 7 years now (much of that time outside of the state college area), and can unequivocally state that this school offers training that rivals the best out there, while still being fun and friendly.
Super cool gym, great people, and awesome place to train to advance your skill set whatever your level.
