Both the staff and the members are warm and inviting, which makes you feel like you are part of a family rather than just working out with a random group of people. The programing is dynamic and there is something for everyone. Whether you are a seasoned athlete or someone who has never set foot in a gym in your life, you will find that there is a workout that will challenge you and leave you wanting more!
