Nancy Davis is the gym mom and Josh was a good trainer and wish I could have stayed and competed in a show as I wanted but all LOVE.
While I was there I can remember soccer moms joining and getting Nancy’s personal training and within months they were competing in fitness competitions!!
I am still pretty self-conscious when it comes to going to gyms, but everyone from the trainers to the other people there to work out are so friendly!
