I started with Premier as a 6-week challenge participant and they have helped me reach my weight goals and stay consistent with it. I wasn't sure what to expect when I first started but all the coaches were supportive and made me feel comfortable working out, which is something that a lot of the gyms I have been to have failed to do. I have stayed with this gym because of those reasons. They have also helped me find a passion for boxing which I continue to practice and work towards a new goal.

What they do well is teach you about the fundamentals and make you strong physically and mentally; you learn how to stay fit and strong in the long run instead of just losing weight in the short term and not being able to keep it off.

Great gym the coaches are always friendly and have a lot of patience for beginners.
