Nevertheless I continue to attend classes because the bikram hot yoga 26&2 really helps with not just my back pain but also helps my other injuries tremendously.
I haven’t been to this studio in years and it was nice to come back.
I'd go back if there were more beginner options, only with certain instructors, or maybe when I've taken extreme beginner level classes elsewhere to be able to come here and enjoy it more.
The instructors are so patient with me and the staff is such a pleasure!!
