
The Black Belt Course provides additional challenges and training methodologies to get the student to his/her optimal performance and confidence levels. B.B.C. training incorporates sparring techniques and tactics as well as additional self defense and martial arts skills that will elevate the student's knowledge of MMA. To ensure maximum effort in classes, students don protective gear, which allows for “hit vs. hurt” training and affords the student 'realistic' levels of experience in using their martial arts skills without getting hurt nor seriously injuring others in the classroom.
