I have been a client of polestar for many years and the teachers, and staff are all great and willing to help.
I did survey other local studios that were closer to me before signing up at Polestar again, but can see that the others are missing the mark in terms of space, natural light, layout, and equipment, and of course they don't have the benefit of the Polestar Pilates methods and teacher skillsets.
Anyone looking for REAL physical therapy and professional staff, this is the place to go.
Overall great experience with location, environments and instructors.
I'm pleased with the trainers, customer service, facility, and plenty accessible parking.
