My favorite studio!
I highly recommend PYS for anyone to practice yoga and for teacher training - it's worth the trip to ensure you get an incredible journey that is transformational and prepares you to teach.
From beginner to advanced classes, different styles (vinyasa, yin, restorative, aerial, hot yoga, the list goes on), all taught by incredibly knowledgeable and approachable teachers.

I really feel that it welcomes everyone, all ages, genders, colors and backgrounds, and keeps an atmosphere where you are encouraged to listen to your own needs and not feel like you have to push and keep up with.
Everyone was so kind a professional.
The space is beautiful with a parking lot on the side of the building, a sunlit open studio with high ceilings, props, mats, blankets and silks for aerial yoga classes.
Absolutely love Happy Hour on Fridays as it the best way to release the work week stress at the dawn of weekend
The vibes and community create a safe place for all to practice.
