Pinckney Clay is a woman owned and artist run ceramic art studio in Bernal Heights. Our teaching artists are devoted to help you create a sense of creative flow. We offer 6 and 4 week classes for adults, one time workshops, memberships and private events.

Would 10/10 recommend to anyone interested in trying pottery-I got to make quite a lot of things in the 6 weeks and practice during open studio hours!
I've now joined as a member and am thankful for how welcoming folks are, how much I am able to learn from the people around me, and that I have a spot in the city that let's me create and explore.
The staff were so kind and helpful, I totally recommend heading here for your first dabble into clay.
I definitely feel comfortable with the basics of the wheel after the class.

Great for offsites, parties, and classes.
