Was very intimidated to start and try and learn piano and Joel is very good at taking you step by step.
We moved away from Maine that spring, but decided to keep working with Joel through online lessons (rather than finding someone locally to see in-person) because my son likes him so much.
As he's seen me struggle to get my left and right hands working together, he even shared a video of himself working on an unfamiliar instrument, just to share in the 'this is really hard' experience.
He both encourages and challenges them to improve their skills while making it fun.
