I came across PPY and was automatically impressed with the great reviews, class variety, and flexible class schedule. I purchased the 1-month unlimited intro offer, started day 1, and haven't looked back since. I love the challenge of the practice, and the emphasis on breath work, and accepting your body for where it is in that moment. The instructors are friendly and relatable and the community members all seem welcoming and nice. I have gone everyday since starting, and I'll definitely purchase a membership at the end of my intro period. I highly recommend PPY for anyone looking for “more” in their workout in a friendly, challenging space.

Everyone, from the staff to the members is so kind and we share a love and appreciation for yoga and you can tell.
I feel very comfortable at this studio, everyone is so nice!
We did the Hot Power Sculpt class, and although I've never taken an actual yoga class, it was fantastic and very similar to a Barre class that I take with my trainer.
All of the instructors here are amazing and help you through the class with verbal cues even reminding you to breathe.
This is my first time taking yoga classes and I am amazed at how relaxing and great this place is.
Although I do wish they offered a 6AM class (the 9:30am is nearly impossible to get to), I love PPY.
