Really great atmosphere!
Lots of fun extras too-- like essential oil classes, off site classes, and creative workouts.

Very intimate setting , instructor pays attention to each individual according to his or her levels and needs.
The studio also puts a lot of effort into new and unique offerings like Breathe and Beats with a live DJ and Reiki trainings.
Power flow and Gentle classes are the best.
If you've ever thought that yoga was not intense enough you will definitely be proven wrong in the Power Flow class at Paz.
The staff is wonderful and gets to know you on a personal level, definitely looking to establish a solid relationship with clients!
