In the Village Centre off 151st & Ridgeview where founder Emerie and her staff offers private, duet, and group Reformer classes. Paradiso Pilates is fully equipped with state of the art Balanced Body® Pilates equipment. She’s a very knowledgeable instructor and makes the classes fun and challenging to make the very best of your own self.
All of the class groups are small (like 6 people small) so I get great one-on-one feedback, and motivation throughout the class and it's so easy to ask questions.
I’ve gained so much strength and prevented numerous injuries.
Cortisone shots, RX, ortho supports and the like only helped me manage things but never solved any of the pain and deterioration within the joints.
I have been taking classes at Paradiso Pilates for over a year now and absolutely love it.
