I'm really enjoying my experience at CrossFit Override North and it's largely due to the environment you all have created. The atmosphere is wonderful and supportive, and I really look forward to getting up for the 6am class every morning (which is crazy, because I've never been a morning person, so hat's off to you all).

Dropped in for a week of classes and highly recommend it for anyone also looking to do so.
Effective programming, most notably because it is challenging for experienced and high-level athletes, while also scalable to be appropriate for people of different ability levels and managing injuries.
If you can’t do something, it’s no big deal, the coaches just find another great option for you – but they also know when you are ready to be challenged and pushed a bit out of your comfort zone in a safe way.
Plus, the sense of community here is fantastic - everyone is so supportive and motivating (especially the 6am class!

Cross Fit used to be terrifying, but the coaches make every workout interesting and fun.
I first joined this gym as part of a running program and was adamant that I was there STRICTLY for the strength work and ZERO part of me was interested in actually crossfit.
Cross Fit override north is a great Cross Fit gym, the coaches are helpful and the programming is challenging and rewarding.
Such a fun, welcoming and inclusive environment that I am so grateful to be a part of!
