Francisco “Neto” Gomes de Sousa grew up in Niteroi Rio de Janeiro and has trained since he was very young. Starting as a wrestler in his youth, at the age of 18 he began to train Brazilian jiu-jitsu. Since then, Professor Neto has trained and competed all over the world, including Brazil, Abu Dahbi, and eventually the United States.

The classes are not packed and on any given day there are usually a good mix of multiple black and brown belt students along with several lower belts.
Both old school and new school ideas are shared, if you want to train hard this is your new home.
