Today it is widely practiced by our military and law enforcement due to its superior grappling application, making it easy for anyone to use. Jiu Jitsu is meant to be efficient for anyone to use. It allows smaller people to be able to beat larger, stronger, and faster opponents by utilizing proper leverage, body mechanics, and technique.

I appreciate the clear instructions and personalized attention they give to ensure everyone's progress, no matter your skill level.
They have also fostered a great community environment where everyone is supportive and willing to teach and help each other grow.
The instructors are great and obviously know what they're talking about and take the time to make sure the students "get it" Every class is a great workout too.
Coaches here are also super nice and they have a good community of fighters
It’s always a tough balance to strike to have a highly competitive but friendly atmosphere in a combat sports gym but Zach and Kalle thread the needle perfectly with their students and vibe.

Dan, Kalle and Zach are great instructors who have great skill and passion for teaching and have built a great community.
Excellent beginner instruction as well as advanced, if you're new or experienced there is always something new to be learned.
If I lived permanently in the area, I’d definitely be joining this gym for the environment, high quality trainers and regulars, as well as the seemingly community and supportive culture of the people at the gym.
While Kalle, Zach and Dan are all phenomenal in their own rights, I personally recommend you ask for sensei Odyn.
