The atmosphere is quite traditional — and the instructors are excellent at what they do and each student gets plenty of one on one interaction.
Love this place, great friendly family atmosphere.
The head instructor is willing to spend just as much time working with the high ranks as he is working one on one with the white belts.
I started four years ago and still look forward to every week's worth of technique, training, and sparring.
