OPRC was founded in 1962 and is one of the largest private racquet clubs nestled under the Carolina blue skies in Charlotte, North Carolina. The Club resides on 55 beautiful acres and houses 32 lighted outdoor tennis courts (27 clay, five hard), five air-conditioned hard indoor tennis courts with an upstairs viewing lounge, two platform tennis courts (a third being installed in 2024), and six pickleball courts.

The average age is pretty old and they can be cranky but it’s a great place.
