We offer group classes for adults on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday mornings; Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday evenings; and a female-only class on Friday evening. Beginner class is on Monday and Wednesday evenings. Kids classes (ages 8-14) are on Wednesday and Friday afternoons and Sunday mornings. Private sessions, either one hour or a half-hour, are also available.

Excellent environment to learn boxing
Multiple rings, weights, exercise equipment, tons of different bags and striking tools and plenty of space to move around and train.
