He was very knowledgeable and shared lots of information about knives & cuts, along with a display of about 15 of his own knives and a hands on portion of the class before making us a couple of delicious dishes to taste.
Very knowledgeable and really provided cultural context to her dishes with talking about her upbringing and her story.
Left with a full stomach and a full sheet of notes on how to recreate the recipes at home.
What a fun night - would definitely recommend having an event here!

Chef Edward was amazing as well as Taylor who made sure our drinks were never empty.
Not only did I learn so much about the process of making a pierogi, Taylor and Justin made it such a homie atmosphere I want to go back weekly.
The Chef more than made up for the limited hands on experience by explaining every step in detail, explaining the why, providing background information about the regional differences in italian cuisine and sharing tips and tricks in the kitchen and you get to sample 3 different pastas and three classic Italian sauces.
At various points people were asked to participate in the cooking: one person put the pasta dough through the roller, another helped with the sauces etc.
We took a wonderful Indian cuisine cooking class here, hosted by the owner of The Curry Blossom.
