Cheer Jumps and Motions: For cheerleaders and those working to become a cheerleader, students will work on jumps and motions. As they get more advanced they will work on connections into tumbling from jumps and counts. Conditioning and active flexibility are also worked on in this class, to help students get the full range of motion on jumps, and the stamina needed to perform to their highest ability.

The stations are engaging and hold her focus; the instructor is friendly and encouraging; other parents seem to be friendly, supportive and like-minded in teaching our Littles how to play respectfully with one another.
They're very kind well organized great app and the staff is wonderful.
The neighboring company will vandalize your car with large sticker that will require chemicals to remove if parking is full and you park in their lot.
We just started ninja again and we love coach ash and coach Jacob , and their willingness to help each and every child , Connor looks forward to ninja every week
My son loves it here and the teachers and staff are super nice!
The coaches are Great, specifically the Ninja Warrior coaches seem to go above and beyond to help your kids feel confident, happy and on track in a positive way.
My son loves taking ninja classes at OSA, he practices at home and truly thinks he is training to become spidey.
OSA is focused on individual skill progression via skill cards they bring out at every session.
Such great classes, coaches, and staff!!!!
The staff is also on top of making sure you get into the class times that you want!!!
