I attended the Yoga for Your Best Sleep Ever Event On Wednesday, May 22nd 2024, at 6:30 pm the Instructor Narisara Is fantastic it was a full class the class was comfortable & relatable.
I cannot say enough great things about this studio and keep trying to get my friends to attend classes with me.
Every class refreshes your body and mind to help you on any journey into healing and restoring movement and relaxing your mind ,in these days of stressful times.
The studio offers a variety of classes and workshops with great teachers- love Sacred Geometry with Jen!
Not only is the studio a warm and inviting space but the teachers all bring so much passion and love to the practice, each with different styles and wisdom to offer students of all levels.

I love Yin Yoga--I am a yoga teacher and have learned and teach all kinds of yoga, but just recently took yin yoga at Ocean Bliss Yoga Studio--you hold the poses for longer than usual and get this tremendous healing both physically and emotionally.
