Definitely recommend the pre-natal yoga, they also have many other classes you can choose from and they offer lots of different resources available for anything you might need, such as Infant CPR classes.
Their prenatal classes are amazing.
Pregnancy can be such a stressful time, but Anne and Jenni are amazing instructors who always make sure you leave their classes feeling so much more at ease and just overall happier.
Great place to build, rebuild, and nurture one’s yoga practice.
…never the less, I have attended some classes (even though by kids are not babies) & have got amazing instructions on how to honor my body and how it works, really valuable information that has changed how I move.
Nurture had a schedule where adults could attend Vinyasa at the same time children attended Kid’s yoga next door.
I connected with other mamas who were in a similar stage and mamas who were ahead of me and could encourage me and offer their experiences.
She has a beautiful, calm presence that helps a person who is new to yoga feel comfortable in this space and comfortable asking questions.
I booked a private session for my pregnant friend and I with Jenni and we both absolutely loved the experience!
Lovely space, great classes and easy parking.
