Beyond the physical and mental benefits of yoga people have built friendships and relationships that create a positive, energetic and fun environment for all. The yoga room is so beautiful with its high ceilings and gorgeous chandelier globes - you really enjoy being in the yoga moment!
It is a huge studio with many people so low pressure and relaxed energy.
