The fact that I can train with different people that have unique styles is amazing to me; whether or not they have experience doing a martial art or defense system.
Friendly staff, a clean and safe training environment, but doesn't skimp on the tough workout.
I liked the conditioning classes the best only because I can't push myself that hard and when I'm working out with others I don't want to look bad ;-) I left Vegas and they suggested and I took more classes at a studio in Colorado that was also fun to train at.
