This gym is top notch! As a local business owner that has worked side by side with Sako, Daniel, Leslie, Alex and the rest of the training staff, it's been nothing but a perfect experience. They exemplify professionalism and community! As an athlete I've trained at a lot of gyms and most don't have the passion for fitness and caring for their clients like NLPT does, most gyms are just out for the money and the clout. Not here. Every workout I've done here was great, their attention to detail when it comes to form and pacing workouts for all levels of fitness is exactly why they have such great results with their clients and I have yet to have a bad experience. They are inclusive with EVERYONE and have always felt like I'm at home when I walk through the door which is not an experience...

Have been going to group fitness classes three times a week for about six months now.
Initially I was very intimidated but soon felt at ease due to the hospitable environment and friendly members.
I have worked out at so many other fitness centers and this is the only place where I’m actually seeing a change.
