I've been a member of Nirvana yoga for about 10 years. I can't say enough about this studio, these teachers and just the vibe in general! It is truly my happy place. I never knew I could be a yogi in mind, body and spirit, but this studio has truly proven that I can! I always just took classes at a gym, it was nothing like going to a real yoga studio with a true Yogi vibe! The teachers are truly dedicated with a warm and caring staff.

As one of the leaders of the team, I can say that she is an amazing yoga instructor and real estate agent!
The hot yoga room was not huge, but it was not a lot of people in the class.
A year and a half later (once everything reopened) I spent months looking for a nice clean Yoga studio that offered Hot Yoga and evening classes.
I look forward to taking a yoga class each week and can't wait for the new challenges that await me each class.

The yoga here is very much exercise rather than spiritual, with many classes like aerobics or pilates.
