Welcome and thank you for visiting our website. We've been serving Burien, West Seattle, Normandy Park, Des Moines, Federal Way and beyond since 2010. New Life Pilates is unlike any other fitness center you will ever experience. Our studio is the only fully equipped boutique pilates studio in Burien that offers both personalized private instruction and small group (reformer) equipment classes. Group classes never have more than four people at one time in a class. During your individual one-on-one lesson you will never share the studio with other clients. Our studio offers the highest quality instruction teaching STOTT PILATES in a charming park-like setting with views of Puget Sound. Our location is a private getaway from the crowds and noise that you typically find in other studios....
