Great school,great teachers very welcoming my granddaughter Angelina just started going there and she loves it.
I was really anxious before starting the adult acting class as I had little to no experience, and really did it as a way to try something new and get out of my comfort zone while navigating some challenging life transitions.
Miss Noelia is sick a sweet and kid instructor with a lot of patience and love.
) I am kicking myself I didn't do this years ago, it's shocking how amazing I feel since starting this class; I have more confidence, my speech is more clear, it has helped my anxiety, I have a deeper appreciation for actors & performers, and I feel like I have a truer connection between my body/voice and my mind- also most importantly I have SO MUCH FUN (I haven't felt like this since I was a kid!
When we had first heard about Nhaopa I took my 6 year old daughter there and we got to witness a class and Mr Neil introduced her and the class was warming and welcoming and right away you knew that nhaopa really cared about their students and vice versus

Sincerely speaking, the New Haven Academy of Performing Arts is by far the best Performing Arts school in Connecticut in my opinion.
Last year- they had the opportunity to participate in the musical theater summer camp and perform on stage - it was the most wonderful experience.
She started voice lessons as a way to build her confidence and that has translated into other parts of her life.
Instructors/Coaches are amazing, knowledgeable, personable, & caring!!!
