Savitri, the center director and yoga and meditation teacher, possesses the utmost expertise and mastery of a wide range of techniques both ancient and modern; she shares these techniques with her students which can result in the student making rapid progress and life-long changes, in body, mind, and spirit.
I am so grateful to attend the weekly and monthly events, and have found that in just two months time there is a peace and contentment that I have cultivated within that is profound and immeasurable.
