They adjust the programming to your strengths and weaknesses so that you basically have a custom workout every day.

If you have had any trepidation about joining a “Crossfit” gym, just know that what you will get at NBS is a scaled version of conventional strength training to meet any person’s capacity, with elements of Crossfit.

I never could find a gym that is more supportive and encouraging while pushing me to be a better version of myself- I have also been doing nutrition and I feel less guilty having a sweet or something “not in my diet”.

I think the Level Method is a great way to see what to aim for as I get stronger.

I am near middle-age and have lived a sedentary lifestyle for awhile, so I am starting from the beginning, but I am working out alongside the fittest of the fit.

Only other complaint was the lack of support for ex-military and first responders by denying access to their service animals.

Love the trainers; they’re always motivating and pushing me to be great!

I have been able to maintain the same fitness through the past decade and have a community to help support that.

Great gym with great people who are willing help to get you to your goals!

I love that they have a playground out back for the kids so they can watch me model what it means to put in hard work.
