Here at Modern Martial Arts and Fitness, we have the best of the best when in comes to learning proper martial arts. Our kids learn how to become young warriors while also learning proper life etiquette that will serve them for all their life. All adults get treated based on their own goals whether that be fitness, self defense, or combat sports. All of our beloved students show tremendous growth in such a short amount of time with the guidance of our top of the line instructors.

However, the fitness Classes are only 30 min and not all evening instructors seemed skilled in fitness group classes, but are perhaps better at the more matrial arts focused classes
There's also Kung Fu which I recommend the most because If you get a good fundamental knowledge of where most of today's moves come from you can then transition into another discipline with confidence and understanding.
The teacher for the boxing class was so patient and honestly everyone in the class was super patient and sweet to my kid.
Extremely fun and a good source of exercise.
They are more attentive, respectful and act as almost ambassadors in wanting to share and teach what they learned with others.

The teachers, the staff are like a family, very professional and attentive to the students, the club is clean and maintained!
Excellent Martial Arts academy, my daughter does Kung Fu and has had excellent teachers (Al, Brian, Jojo), they are dedicated to each student so that they are better every day.
Friendly and safe environment, my teen daughter’s personality and self confidence has increase positively.
