I love that each session is tailored to how I am feeling each week, and often includes a mix of both yoga and Pilates, which I greatly appreciate. I use the tips and suggestions I receive from Cathy in my day to day life, and often feel more mindful and aware of where I carry my stress and how to deal with it because of the breathing techniques and exercises I learn in session. Cathy is a knowledgeable, patient, wonderful instructor!
