My daughter loves her lessons with Martin, he has nurtured her love for music since she was 5 1/2 years old. He is amazing with children, keeping lessons light and fun while also exemplifying respect and discipline. We look forward to the quarterly performances finding they keep our daughter enthusiastic about practicing and performing and us amazed at the capacity that all of the children at the school have to inspire each other and their parents.

We love our instructor and my daughter is learning lots from her with bass guitar!
As a teacher, Martin's real talent is his ability to recognize the student's current playing abilities and cater each lesson to improving those strengths, while also filling in what is lacking.
Martin is truly a gifted teacher, his expert instruction and kind demeanor really resonate with my tween.
He follows my kiddos lead and allows him to explore while also building in learning components through their lesson.
Experienced, knowledgeable, friendly and most of all PATIENT with an older learner like me.

He keeps her interest by helping her learn music that she’s interested in, but also encourages her to explore other types of music and expand her repertoire.
