Meng’s Shaolin Wing Chun Is exactly what I was looking for.
I had some reservations because of being over 50 but this has been one of the best decisions I've made to date.
And from his words he is not only learning self defense, and getting strong but also having fun!
This is an excellent program to put your kid in if you are looking for more lessons and learning opportunities that stand apart from traditional sports activities.
We have seen a significant improvement in focus, self control and skills.
Sifu Scott is wonderful with the kids and honestly its like one big family.
My 5 year old son can be pretty hyper and has a hard time keeping focus, but the staff here has been super patient with him and understanding!
Great teachers and a great place to learn.
I've only been going for a few short months but it has already become something I look forward to every week.
