We have been regulars at Melt since 2013. Shannon has created a beautiful space that is peaceful and welcoming. The Yoga instructors are amazing, each with their own style which keeps the classes fresh and different. Whether you are new or experienced, they take the time to teach towards your skill level. We have tried other studios while traveling and none of them compare to Melt! Our children involved and now they're hooked too! It is hard to put into words the feeling I have when taking one of her classes, she is able to push you safely to limits you didn’t think you could reach, poses you were maybe not able to accomplish before and allows you to connect to your body in a way you have not done before.
The instructors have all been outstanding at leading exceptionally paced, challenging practices.
And the studio goes above and beyond with details like cool towels to finish and setting wonderful intentions for the session before we start.
My husband and I have been attending pilates classes there for 3 years.
Kudos to Shannon for bringing him on as an instructor and offering such a unique & impactful experience!
With her kind instructions, I was able to close my eyes most of the time and clearly understand her instructions.

The owner rocks and I love their hot yoga classes taught by Agnes.
