Colored belts are generous with advice and their time, which creates a comfortable environment that is easy to learn in.
Coming from a wrestling background, he has done a great job helping me refine my game to compliment my style.
They have a great thing going here and I believe that things will only get even better!
It’s also located right next to a bus stop, which makes it super accessible if you don’t have a car.
The style is more mma with useful tricks/combos that have potential to land well in a Muay Thai fight.
The instruction is phenomenal and I wish I could go more often, I’ve learned a lot but there’s a huge wealth of knowledge here.
