Maplewood Karate will help you meet your goals in a happy, positive environment.
Also, it's very flexible in terms of what classes you can go to during the week, so in a busy world, that flexibility is greatly appreciated.
My teen daughter joined me for a number of sessions that were not only fun to do together, but importantly too - she/I know that she has learned some effective techniques to defend herself - which grew her confidence generally.
They balance skill training with exercise all the while instilling confidence, discipline, and self-mastery.
Our son is a longtime student at Maplewood Karate and loves it.

I have been a student of Master Toledo and Kyoshi Excell for 7 years shortly after my oldest child started.
They have learned art of karate by true masters of their craft, as well as gaining confidence, self-determination, coordination, flexibility, self-defense, leadership, and how to build lasting relationships with others.
The training is a great balance between strength, endurance, flexibility, focus and fun.
The instructors are amazing, and the way they've kept instruction going through the lockdown is extraordinary.
